Try using lavender oil under your pillow. Get yourself into a regular routine of when you go to sleep and wake up, if possible. Don't do anything that works your brain hard just before going to bed, such as trying to do work, using computers, watching TV etc. It does help (I have had sleeping problems on and off for a few years).
If that doesn't work, a drastic option is not to sleep at all for one night, then to go to bed at the desired time the next, which might let you force yourself into a new and improved sleeping pattern. I make no guarantees. |
